Week 3 Progress Report and Log (June 5 – June 11)

Week 3, here we go!

Weight: 299 lbs. (-0.2 lbs.)

Waist: 54″ (No change)

 

Alright, so once again, here are the photos! The one on the right is the one I took today.  middle is from a couple weeks ago and the one on the left is the earliest photo.

There doesn’t seem to be a huge amount of difference in this series, but I feel different. I’m getting compliments at work. I have a new kind of energy that I didn’t have before. While this might be a placebo effect, I’m going to use the momentum to increase my progress and go even further.

As you can see, this was a huge week for me, increasing in everything on the list except for sleep (Finals, ugh!)

It is not going to be easy topping this progress this week, but I’m going to do my best! The Spring term is over, so I don’t have a 3rd floor building to climb to.

The Summer is going to pose a challenge, since I have no incentive to walk around the college campus, but I hope to stay active in other ways.
