Week 5 is here! I’m super proud of my progress in this one: coming back from a sort of slump from last week. Check it out:
Weight: 298 lbs. (-4.4 lbs.)
Waist: 53.5″ (-0.5″)
That’s right, ladies and gentlemen. I’ve bounced back from my fluctuation and lost a bit more. This is almost the smallest number I’ve seen on the scale (I hit 295 one day, but I knew it was just a fluctuation). To top it all off, It looks like I lost half an inch on my waist!
I’ve been more consistent at the gym, I went on two walks in the park with my fiancé on my days off, and I didn’t have any of those pesky cheat meals!
I have a surprise for next week’s Fitbit stats, but for now, here is last week:
That’s right. See all that green? I did way better than last week. More sleep, more exercise, more active minutes, more calories burned per day. It was an excellent week, and I’d love to top it this week. Only problem is that I work about half as many hours this week! It’s motivation to hit it harder at the gym, take longer walks, and overall keep up with my health.
I couldn’t do this without you all. I may not have a huge amount of followers yet, but I’m happy you are all here with me!
I’ve been focusing much more on my Instagram because I feel health and fitness are best portrayed there. Photos are important!
